What does Whistle Blowing mean in Bosak MFB?

Whistle blowing involves reporting an observed or perceived unethical misconduct of employees, management, directors and other stakeholders in Bosak Microfinance Bank (“the Bank”) by an employee or other person to appropriate authority.

It is an early warning system that enables the bank to find out when something is going wrong in time to take necessary corrective action. It is a valuable tool for managing reputational risk.
