Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We will rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to work with the Market- facing teams to build a rapport with customers. The candidate is also expected to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

  • At least two years relevant experience in a financial services environment
  • Demonstrable Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices

  • Understand Customers’ needs and develop plans to address them
  • Resolve customers complaints quickly and effectively
  • Aim to retain existing Customers and recruit new ones

  • Promote high quality customer service processes
  • Take conscious steps to promote a customer-centric culture generally in the organization
