The Bank is made up of the following departments Business Development, Operations, Human Capital and Legal, Credit Risk Management, Internal Control, Information Technology, Financial Control and Administration.


Each performs distinct functions, interfacing with each other to produce an efficiently managed and cohesive business organization. This interfacing is aimed at team-work while boosting the achievement of the projected mission statement “to become the preferred microfinance institution in Nigeria”
