MR. SAMUEL BABALOLA OWOEYE
Mr. Samuel Babalola Owoeye is an industrialist par excellence since pioneering several businesses in the last forty (40) years.
He has had a successful career as an entrepreneur having being a major player in the baking and baking equipment importation and assembly industry.
He was a major shareholder and promoter of the defunct North-South Bank. Over the years he has co-pioneered and co-promoted a number of financial institutions namely:
* Ijero Ekiti Community Bank Limited (now Hilltop Microfinance Bank Limited) in Ijero-Ekiti, Ekiti State where he served as a Director and Chairman Board Finance Committee.
* Aguda Titun Community Bank Limited, Ogba Lagos (now Aguda Titun Microfinance Bank) where he served as Chairman Board of Directors.
* Integrated Microfinance Bank Limited (IMFB) where he served as Director. He willingly resigned from the IMFB both as a Shareholder and Director arising from issues bordering on principles of Corporate Governance which he had maintained throughout his long career in business.
He is the Chairman, Board of Directors of Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited.
KOLA BELLO
Kola Bello is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a Second Class Upper honours degree in Accounting from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University).
He has over ten years experience in banking with strong competence in Deposit Mobilization, Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Risk Management and Microfinance banking. He has attended several trainings and workshops on Credit and Marketing, Asset and Liability Management, Customer Service and Relationship Management and Microfinance.
He directs the activities of the Bank through the Executive Management Committee.
MR. ERNEST AISUEBEOGUN, FCA
Ernest Aisuebeogun is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over thirty years (30) years post qualification experience. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS) Senior Management Programme (SMP) among numerous other senior management courses.
He started his accounting career with Eyewumi Rone & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1978 before moving to Dafinone & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1981.
In the course of his career, he has carried out a handful of researches which include Privatization and Commercialization of Government Corporations. He is currently the Executive Director (Finance) in DTV & Co. Ltd., a leading Italian construction company.
He serves as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee as well as the Board Credit Committee. His depth of knowledge and experience in Accountancy, Audit and Corporate Governance is of immense value to Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited.
Mr. VICTOR AJILEYE ORE
Victor Ore holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Master of Science Degree also in Geography from University of Lagos. He has over two decades experience in oil equipment servicing and engineering having served as the pioneer Managing Director of OCO Industrial Services Limited since inception in 1996 till date. Prior to this time, he worked with the Federal Ministry of Education and the Department of State Security Service.
His vast experience in policy development, board room practices, business development and corporate governance continues to be of great value to the Bank
He is the Chairman, Board Finance and General Purpose committee and currently directs the activities of the Bank through the executive management committee.
ARC. BOLAJI AYODELE BALOGUN
Arc. Bolaji Balogun obtained Masters of Science degree in Architecture from Belarusian State University/Institute, Minsk USSR, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Computer Planning from University of East Anglia Norwich, UK. He also trained at the Nigerian Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru near Jos and the Hastings Business Training School, Hastings UK.
He is a member of numerous professional bodies among which are Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
He worked with the Belarusian State, (Minsk) Town Planning Authority (Public Building Section), Minsk Belarus, and is presently with the Nigerian University Commission (NUC) where he has served in various departments and capacities, rising to the position of Deputy Director (Special Duties) in the Executive Secretary’s office, a position he holds till date.
He is currently the Director, Physical Planning and Development Department, National Universities Commission and serves as Council member representing NUC at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and Delta State University, Abraka.
Bolaji who serves as a Consultant Architect to numerous organizations speaks Russian fluently. His broad knowledge base, diverse experience and wide business and social contacts are of enormous significance as he serves as the Chairman, Board Establishment Committee of Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited.

KOLA BELLO, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

FRANCIS O. ATIRI, HEAD, FINANCIAL CONTROL & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Francis Atiri is a Computer Science graduate of the University of Benin. He also holds a Masters degree (MBA) in Management from the same University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
He has over 8 years experience in Accountancy, Auditing, Training, Research, Investigations, Business and Management Advisory and Consultancy with good understanding of information system audit processes.
He is presently the Head, Financial Control and Information Technology of the Bank.
CHUKS NWAJEI-HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT
Chuks is a Second Class Upper degree graduate of Accounting from the Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He is also an Associate of the Securities and Investment Institute in the United Kingdom.
Chuks wealth of experience covers various aspects of banking including Credit Administration and Relationship Management having worked in commercial banks both in Nigeria and the UK.
He is presently the Head, Risk Management Unit of the Bank.
OYEWUMI ADELAKUN - HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL AND AUDIT
Oyewumi holds HND in Banking and Finance from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State and a Masters in Business Administration from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State.
He has accumulated over ten years banking experience having worked with Eko International Bank Plc (now Skye Bank Plc) in various departments covering Branch Operations, Reconciliation, Credit Administration and Marketing.
Oyewumi is presently the Head of Internal Control and Audit.
BABATUNDE OLUWOLE AKANJI, HEAD, OPERATIONS
Tunde is a graduate of Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology where he finished with Upper Credit. He also holds a Masters degree in Financial Management from Lagos State University.
He is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management as well as an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He has worked for over 9 years in the Banking industry spanning Corporate Banking, Credit & Marketing and Banking Operations before joining the Bosak Microfinance Bank as Head of Operations.
CHARLES ONWUCHEKWA - HEAD, ASSET REMEDIAL MANAGEMENT
Charles holds an HND in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He has over twelve years experience in banking covering Banking Operations, Credit and Marketing, Risk Management and Recoveries. Charles is well experienced in retail and micro products marketing and product development.
He heads the Bank’s Risk Asset Remedial Management Team
FREDERICK ALUTA - REGIONAL MANAGER - LAGOS NORTH REGJON
Fred obtained HND in Banking and Finance from the Lagos State Polytechnic Isolo and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
His working experience of over eight years has been mainly centered on Marketing and cutting across the Telecommunications, Real Estate and Banking industries.
He heads the Bank’s Lagos North Region.
